Where are your clinics located?
Our Westcliff-on-Sea practice is at 63 Chalkwell Avenue, just a short walk from Chalkwell Park and Chalkwell Station.
Our Southend-on-Sea practice is at 17 Clarence Road, close to the town centre shops and Southend Central Station.
How do I book an appointment?

Westcliff-on-Sea offers early-morning, daytime and late-afternoon slots.
Southend-on-Sea provides flexible daytime appointments – call us to discuss your preferred time
What are your consultation fees?
An adult examination costs £65 and under-16 exams are £35 at Westcliff and Southend.
Emergency appointments are £75.

Do you offer payment plans or finance options?
Yes – we provide clear, flexible payment plans alongside Denplan membership. Find out more on our Fees and Memberships page.
Are Denplan memberships available?
Absolutely – Denplan Essentials covers check-ups, hygiene visits and 24/7 emergency cover. Denplan Full Care adds fillings, crowns and bridges. Please ask at reception for more details.
What treatments do you offer at both locations?

How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Start with a consultation and digital assessment. We’ll map out your goals, review imaging and recommend a personalised plan that fits your self-care routine.
Who will perform my treatment?
General and hygiene care is delivered by our experienced dentists and hygienists. Specialist treatments – implants, endodontics, orthodontics – are provided by our highly qualified clinicians.
What infection-control measures do you follow?
We exceed UK, EU and US standards with single-use instruments wherever possible, a dedicated decontamination suite and the latest sterilisation technology.
Do you use single-use instruments?
Yes – where clinically appropriate – to give you complete peace of mind that every instrument is fresh and safe.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring any recent X-rays or treatment notes, a list of medications and your Denplan membership details if you have one. Otherwise, just yourself.
What can I expect after my treatment?
We provide tailored aftercare advice – whether it’s gentle brushing techniques, dietary tips or follow-up checks – to help you maintain your results and feel supported.
Are the clinics accessible by public transport?
Can I claim on my dental insurance?
